Mapping issues are in my opinion by far the biggest issues that are currently causing frustration with the Greenworks AiMowbot. If you do not set things up correctly, you will inevitably run into a Creating failed, please try again! error, which leads to the dreaded Map Integrity Check Failed error... and end up needing to reset everything to default just to get back up and running again.
With that having been said, I believe currently there is a simple but critical way to prevent this from happening: Do not allow any of your new mowing zones to overlap other existing zones. I believe that the reason why this is so important is because this can lead to conflicting map coordinates in the mapping system of the mower.
I think that the app currently tries to suggest you shouldn't do this by not allowing you to start a new mowing zone inside of an existing one, but unfortunately it can still happen after you have started the new mowing zone creation process. I think that it is likely a challenge because while they could do something like e.g. reject a new mowing zone that is overlapping an existing one, they likely have chosen to not yet do so to avoid complaints.
Maybe a good neutral solution would be to disallow further movement if it detects an overlap and to emphasize the Erase button until the overlap is no longer detected. In any case, until something more is done in the app about this, just be very careful to not allow any overlaps and you should be good to go.
