Greenworks announced as part of their original AiMowbot press release the G20AWD and G40AWD models. However, I think something may have happened that caused them to be pulled at the last minute because they are no longer present in any of the current marketing materials.
From what I can tell, the G20 AWD 1/2 acre model was set to be priced at $1,598. While I have been unable to find any price information on the G40 AWD 1 acre model my guess is that it will likely be around $2000 with a $5-600 premium in price vs the regular FWD C20 and C40 models.
While I am glad that they are taking the time to get things right, hopefully they are released soon because I could see AWD being worth the additional cost especially for higher sloped lawns and/or lawns with varying terrain.
