Mower Not Mowing

If your Greenworks AiMowbot isn't mowing, there may be a number of different reasons for this.

Error Cause:
1. If you have any mowing zones that overlap other mowing zones or any otherwise corrupted map entries
2. If you try to request a mow outside of an existing mowing zone, the mower will be unable to calculate a route
3. If your RTK antenna is located in an area that is currently shaded and has a red light, it will not work correctly
4. If the mowing zone requested to mow does not have a transport path to it, a route cannot be determined
5. If the mower has an overcurrent event caused by grass higher than 4" or a stick stuck in the blade disk
6. If you cancel a mowing job request immediately after sending it, before the sq ft number is populated

Possible Fixes:
1. See the thread on Avoiding Mapping Issues - unfortunately, a full default reset is likely needed to fix this one
2. Manually driving the mower into an existing mowing zone with move mode before requesting a mowing job
3. Re-locating the RTK antenna to an area that is not prone to shading such as a south-facing structure roof
3a. Warning: If the RTK antenna needs to be relocated you must re-create all mowing and no-go zones
4. Create a transport path from an existing mowing zone to the mowing zone that is requested to be mowed
5. The safety alert will need to be cleared manually on the mower itself with the buttons in order to continue
6. Powering the mower off and back on fixes this - can only be avoided by always waiting for sq ft number

OK, let's see if we can get some traction (pun intended).
My mower won't move after pausing mowing when stuck. Let's say it gets stuck and its wheels keep spinning. I pause it with the app, and the wheels stop. The app keeps showing "mowing" despite multiple "pause" and "holding to stop".
The only way out of it so far has been shutting it off and on, with all progress gone.

Are you familiar with / have you cleared out any Safety Protection alerts before? This sounds like one of those, similar to for example Escape Failed - but if you aren't seeing the Safety Protection alert on the mower's screen after unlocking it, I would be interested to know it says on the mower screen after pausing it, does it still say Mowing or does it say something else?

Basically, I am concerned that if you try pausing it in the app before it hits the Escape Failed alert it will essentially be stuck in a loop, so you have to wait for it to spin its wheels first, have it send the Escape Failed alert, and have it pause itself automatically before clearing the alert out. However, the amount of time it has to spin its wheels before this alert shows up isn't known and also cannot be set in the app, so it's hard to say unfortunately.

I am familiar with those alerts. In that case, the mower doesn't issue alerts. It just keeps spinning in place, seemingly unaware that something is wrong. That's an issue in and of itself for an "intelligent" robot, but anyhow..
After pausing it, it stops. The screen says "paused". You can send it to "mow," but it just sits there. The app shows "mowing".
The system/app is buggy. There is no way around it. I hope they keep working on the firmware and the backend.

Apparently, this happens with the safety alerts, too. I just put it on the charger after a tilt alert, cleared the safety alert manually, and pushed "mow". Now it sits there saying "paused". The app shows the previous task half done and I can't do anything. It will require a reset again.
