If your Greenworks AiMowbot is shaking violently and isn't mowing with perhaps an error in the app that says Cutting Motor Overcurrent you will need to address this issue on the mower physically in order for mowing to be able to continue.
Error Cause:
The mower has a sensor in it that is supposed to detect if the grass is too high but I believe it can also trigger inadvertently if there is just a grass clog
Possible Fixes:
The only way that I have been able to fix this is to physically shake the mower free of any debris before clearing the Safety Protection alert in order for mowing to be able to continue
